Exclamation Front bushings, exact type/name?

Hey guys,

I'm looking to try to replace my front bushings with some polyurethanes because mine went bad. The exact one I need is part number 12 here:

http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/...3s5p01_b27.gif

However, I'm unsure if these are the "Front End Control Arm" bushings, or the "Front Sway Bar Frame Bushings" on the energy suspensions polyurethane bushing chart, here:

Anyone know? Thanks for the help.

-Mike

16.3116

There are two, you will replace 12 and 13. They need to be pressed in. There are two ways to do it. Just bring it to a shop and have them do everything or take the control arm out, then bring it to a shop with a press and have them press out the old ones and push in the new ones.

Do both 12/13 have to be pressed in or is it only 12? Also, does the 16.3116 come with four actual bushings: 12/13 L/R, or would I have to specify L/R when I order? I'm having trouble locating a dealer for the Energy Suspensions parts, too! So far I've only been able to find a couple who sell this part number for ~60 USD. I've seen everyone here locating 'em for ~40, so I'll keep looking until I find that price. Any recommendations? Thanks.

It comes with 4 bushings and all the parts (there are some metal rods that go in the bushings for the bolts) and some grease. They both need to be pressed in. Jegs carries ES.
