I would venture to say the only difference is the adjustable guts vs. non-adjustable guts. Tokico wouldn't build a shitty set of shocks... they've got too good of a rep, and it's cheaper to build one shock and fill it with 2 different things.

how low of a drop can the d spec handle?
same as blue? or more?
(blues can be drpped about 1.8" or so, right?)

yea my blue hps had a 2 inch drop with no issues the dspec on the other hand have more capability
