I hope you don't have a turbo with stock injectors and if you do i hope your ready to blow up the engine. Change out the spark plugs. It might have fouled or something could have happened to it.

actually stock injectors on low boost are not an issue. its when you try and get higher boost the problem starts.

i can't believe the problems you're having. what do you have installed on the emanage? if you have the injector harness (which you shouldn't for stock), it needs to be turned OFF on the emanage. I'm assuming you set the jumpers and dials properly too. If everything is done right, it shouldn't happen. i think its 240cc stock and 310 rsx but i'm not sure. it shouldn't matter anyway.

sorry didnt put enough info. I am preparing for turbo and installing the emanage first. I think I took car of my misfiring problem. I put some injector cleaner in my tank and changed my spark plugs. It seems to run smoother but shakes a lil during idle.

Ok still having problem. The ecu is still giving me misfiring CEL.
This is a stock motor getting ready for turbo. The emanage is installed exactly the way the greddy website shows to install a emanage on a EP3.
The car only gets a misfiring CEL when I am at idle once in awhile. It drives fine and smooth.

Rotary settings are: 4-8-c
A.A.V. Values are all zero
Wired just like Madwheel
Jumpers are set like Madwheel
Vtec wires are not connected

I changed spark plugs and put injector cleaner in the fuel. That didn't seem to fix the problem. When the emanage is disconnected and I jumper the map sensor back, the car idles fine with no CEL. So I think the emanage is not configuring my map sensor right. Do you guys think it is a firmware problem? Anybody else having this type of problem?

We wire differently than the EP3. Use our wiring instructions in the FAQ.

This may help too:

Try 4-8-E with our jumper settings. Some cars worked better 4-8-c, others 4-8-e

HyaBoosta will become famous soon enough
yeah use 4-8-e
and the firmware doesn't have to be updated. mine isn't and it works just fine. Make sure that the RPM signal wire is connected at the right spot. It's not like madwheels diy. that wires it to the crank position sensor. the RPM wire is on Con A.

There should be no problems with running stock motor on emenage. I hooked mine up first before the turbo install too.

Ok so use 4-8-e. So you guys got the vtec working on it? the only thing is that the vtec wires are backwards from the emanage instructions? so vtec in and out on the greddy instructions must be flipped around right?
