would this fit my 02 lx sedan? is it better than k20 engine? any shop in bay area that do engine swap?

i don't know. if i were to guess though, i would say no. the F20c (i needed to do a search on ebay to see/find out what it is) is the engine for the s2000, and unless you're converting your car to rear wheel drive, then it would not work. unless you can find a transmission for the engine that would allow for front wheel drive...

for the money you would need to do this conv. ... just buy an S2.... suspension is much better, but no back seat .... LOL

isnt the s2k motor a f24c? hmm maybe its both. k but i rather just go with a k24 block w/ k20a head.
