02 euro type-r EP3 rear sway for my 01 sedan euro es (ex)

Does it fit w/o mods. is that good mod,its 18mm bar.
I tried to search but cant find...what is o1 stock sway bar setup for ex model sedan?
Point is,will Ep3 18mm sway bar be an upgrade for me or not?

Euro CTR Rear sway bar is 22mm, will fit without any mods.

my friend says that its 18mm...and its from his EP3 type-r civic. he says 22mm is from JDM civic
