Anyone know stock rates

Just wondered if anyone know stock spring rates on civic ?

was looking at Tein H-Techs and they seem light. I wonder if they will give a better ride than stock due to this ?

I know I'm crazy

They're progressive. There is no fixed defined rate. No lowering spring is going to be softer than stock, but a softish set of lowering springs+upgraded shocks will ride better.
