Good Honda Dealer in Phx area?

Hey guys, my gf has a 01 Civic (EX Coupe) and I think it has the common suspension (structs?) problem.

She called the dealer on Broadway Mesa and they said there is no recall. Her car has nearly 50K miles and I guess it's not under warranty anymore (?).

Anyway, should the dealer responsible for the fix? Or they just don't care? If any of you know which dealer is good around, PLEASE let me know.

Also, anyone experience the same problem?

Thanks!

its not going to matter which dealer you bring the car to...Honda will not replace the suspension if its out of warranty

unless you wanna spend 800 replacing this. i suggest you take the above on their offer.

it should take no more than 2 hrs. and that's being generous.

what is the common structs problem your having, lol?

I say let somebody on here do it, and explain what the are doing. Clicking, bouncy, noise when turning?

and a good dealer to go to is, Bell Honda. on 7th Ave and Bell. They are the nicest. This lady that works there even offered to help pay my parts out of her pocket. They are nice, they arent expensive it seems, and they answer all my questions. The lady at the parts counter will find an answer for you. She is very knowledgeable and will go out to the shop and ask questions. I highly recommend them over every other honda, ESPECIALLY CRAPPY *** SHOWCASE HONDA!
