just wondering the aproximate price of a turbo rebuild or if it would be cheaper in the long run to just replace the turbo....anyway i would like it if someone could tell me the prices of turbo rebuilds.....turbo was purchased off of ebay was told it was rebuilt already...made it 2 miles running great........then sh*tty... well anyway it would help to hear something....oh yeah if anyone knows a good place in or around the milwaukee area that would be appreciated also,,,thanks

I had a GSX turbo rebuild, it ran fine, but i should have gone with a brand new one instead.

Contact Ken at Phoenixturbo.com. You send them your turbo, they inspect it, 2-3 later they call you and let you know what needs to be replaced and they give you your qoute. If you do not want them to fix it they send it back free of charge. Great service,1-2 week turnaround time, everything balanced within a .25 of a gram.

I paid 300 bucks for a turbo rebuild from turbo city down south. I should have just bought a new turbo aswell.
