TSI - Blow Off Valve Broke!!
Man! I FINALLY get my car in the shop to have everything put on and tuned (TSI Extreme T25BB, eManage, Apexi Auto TT, TurboXS HP boost controller, Denzo plugs, etc.), and he calls me, and says "your actuator in your TSI BOV is smooshed."
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!
All I want is to get boosted. Is that too much to ask?
Oh, Anyone got the number to someone at TSI? I know some of you have delt with them before when things were messed up. What's their "procedure" in these type of cases? Will they just send me another one and I can send this one back? Will they send it right away, or do I have to send them mine first?
I'll probably just buy another one here. You know how it is when your car's in the shop just waiting to be boosted?! Man!!

No call...
Anyways, this one I found on eBay looks EXACTLY like the one TSI sends with their kit. Anyone know if it is exactly the same so I can just get this one to replace it?

TSI has really awesome service. They have been more helpful with me than most anybody else would. Them and SLP are both awesome awesome friendly VERY VERY helpful companies.
Why does everybody talk down on them? If they didnt call you back, call them back. THEY WILL HELP YOU!
They have sent me a few parts without me sending back mine first. just call and be friendly to them, and they will be nice to you.
