I was on ebay and noticed this auction for 2001 civic gauge clusters with low mileage.

He even has some availabe for the 1996-2000 civic's.

Thought it might help for those of us who love to drive alot but hate reading high numberz on the gauge cluster

It is, but the number of miles driven on the vehicle is shown on the gauge cluster.
(where it showz how many miles you've driven; how much gas mileage you've got per full tank, etc.)

Is it true that only 2k2 show fuel mileage (L/100km or MPG) information in the display area?

Everyonez Displayz Fuel Mileage Just hit the black button located under the odometer.....you should have 2 (two) fuel mileage calculators : Trip A & Trip B

So yes, it will fit 01/02 civic's

I believe that the car's computer stores the mileage information in multiple places... so only buy this if you sell your car to an idiot who doesn't do his homework or you feel like having a felony on your record.
