what spark pluggs (what heat/spark) should i use with turbo

this weekend i am changing my pulggs beacuase they are the same ones i have had since the car was new. altough they were gapped for the nitrous, i was wondering what heat/spark (whatever it is called) i should go to now with the turbo.
i was also wondering what the stock ones are rated at? any help would be great.

if ur plannin to run 8+ psi than ik22's would work but for less than 8 for less than 200 hp ik20 would work best since its also pregapped...trust dezod man he knows what hes talking about!!

In that case, either would be good. IK20 will still be fine.

IK20's are good for boost I ran them for the first 7 months of having my turbo. but imo bkr7e's are just as good and only 8.00 for 4 so I can change them frequently. plus BKR7E's come pregapped to .28 so no need to gapp them much.

oh and gap them to .28-.30 I have mine at .28

they are the same heat range as the IK20's and 80% of honda tech uses them for boost on higher hp than 200whp

ritalin has a little shameless behaviour in the past
Try either 1 or 2 ranges cooler than stock.
