Question 05-EX-4D Bumper Remove, Plastic Fasteners?

I got a 2005 Civic EX 4Dr and I'm trying to put in new headlights however I cannot get the bumper off. I found a threat here that shows link to a site which shows how to do it, however they only showed screw removeal and did not mention how to get those plastic fasteners off without breaking them. they seem to attach the bumper to the frame. They look like a plastic flat head screw head with a rounded cap in the middle. Can anyone please point me in the right direction to get this mod to completion. Thanks.

just pop the things off with a flat head screw driver, remove the screw from the fender wells and pop that bastard off. simple as that.

if you can get them off without busting them then good, but you may bust one here and there. I have busted plenty of them before. Sometimes those things get stuck on there where even using a flat tip small screwdriver doesnt work. But you basically pop up the middle of the screw and then pull it out.

the bumper is held on by the headlight brackets under the headlights so stick ur arm under the bumper to the back side and one hand on the outside than pull and it should come off with some elbow grease

Took two hours, got it all on! Awesome. One more question if you will... I sorta forgot to mount the angel light wires onto the turn signal wires, and now the turn signal wires are hidden behind a sheet of metal. Do you know any other means of accessing the parking light + wire (I'm assuming I can ground it anywhere). If so, how can I get to the nearest access point? Thanks in advance, I really appreciate the help.

I found the easiest way to access, were to remove the fender wells. from there you can access the harness.
