Looks like an Internal Wastegate to me.

I'm trying to identify the turbine...



it says Garrett on the turbine... I can't see really clear tho... I can only read "Garrett"


I'm guessing it's a HKS GT25**...

Are you talking about the thing with HKS on it ???? If so, that is a wastegate actuator. That is a internally gated turbo.
