440's with emanage-issues
Ok, I'm running 440's on the emanage. I've talked to dezod about this and I'm not able to come up with a solution to my issue.
For those of you running this setup, you're probably familiar with the p1106 code for baro/map sensor voltage being out of range. We know this is caused by the injector correction factor on the emanage altering the voltage from the map. Now, if you're running rsx injectors, you can still use the emanage to pull enough fuel to keep a smooth idle. But, the actual adjustment factor only allows you to pull up to 50% out. This isn't enough for 440's.
So, I've been having to deal with the 1106 code because I can't completely disable the correction factor and keep the car running. I'm on the verge of getting the aem but I hate to give up after all this work. Any thoughts, comments, suggestions?

Try tightening up the correction factor: example 275/300
This will pull a very little bit of variation. Only problem I forsee at that point would be to go ahead and take away some fuel in the idle and low end because the 440s will be flooding the motor with fuel. If you want to drive here, I will play with it. I can't guarantee results.

Lol, I would if I hadn't blown my motor for other reasons. I spent the past two days in Houston. Jason from autologic is my tuner and he tried every combination and variation he could and we either got misfires from too rich or p1106 cels. We couldn't get rid of them both.

Let this be a warning to those who want to run bigger injectors than rsx with the emanage.....DON'T!! Lol.

Depends alot on your fuel pressure. You can get alot of fuel out of those injectors but when you start adding alot of fuel pressures, your injectors stop pulsing normally and become erratic and inconsistant. I wouldn't use more than 60 psi fuel pressure on any injector. Start going over that and you take a risk. That's why so many people lifted headgaskets with sf's fuel kit. Way too high and unsafe fuel pressures.

Ok wait...I just got Blue Top 450's and I have Emanage too as I peice this turbo together. You saying I should get rid of these 450's before I even put it on?
I had so much trouble with the emanage and 440s. I had to cut back on the FP and sometimes it would be ok, sometimes it wouldnt. Either way it ran rich when not under boost. Thank god for AEM engine management hehe.
