Arrow Hasport MM vibrations

Anyone with a k20 motor swap and hasport motor mounts have vibrations in idle and below 1.5-2k rpm. My hasport MM are very stiff and are great for acceleration and what not but suck when you are in stop and go traffic. What do you guys think about them?

(P.s. I know they have to be stiff enough so the motor doesn’t bang around because are engine bay is smaller bla bla bla)

I have friends that have swapped out MM in EX's and Si's (Hasport and some other companies) and all of them VIBRATE the CRAP out of the cars....I wouldn't want my daily driver vibrating like that...Aggravating isn't it??

Thats because you have a solid motor mount. If you were to have a mount with an insert such as rubber, the rubber would absorb most of the vibration.

Yeah, my one friend that has the 2002 Si had poly inserts and they caused more vibration than with his Hasport mounts...Don't know why, but they did...I guess the rubber ones would be a little different, but I don't think the rubber would be as good as the poly/solid...IMO anyways

modifying cars is all about tradeoffs.

most of the time, the pros outweigh the cons.

They will shake the car a bit.

Part of the deal.
