Undrive pulley
undrive pulley ADVANTAGE OF LIGHT WEIGHT PULLEY: THIS PULLEY IS MADE OF 6061 T-6 BILLET ALUMINUM. IT ONLY WEIGHTS 1.5 LBS COMPARES TO OE'S IS AROUND 10~14 LBS. 10~15 INSTANT HORSEPOWER GAIN.
You dont' GAIN hp from replacing your pullies with light weight ones...Its not like ur engine will make more power.
In actual fact...your stock pullies rob power from your total output. By replacing pullies with lighter ones you will free up a few hp that was previously robbed. The feeling you will get is better throttle response.

not true you actually can get 15 horsepower out of them?
I've talked to several ppl about this, because I was thinking about doing it. If you leaving on the stock timing your not gaining any power, your just freeing power up. If you have the ones where you can adjust the timing forward/backward then it is possible to gain/lose power in your power band. But that takes dyno and thats more money. Money which can be spent on something more useful or that provides more hp.
I know you can gain up to 5 in certain areas of ur power band and lose some. I think theres a thread around here some where about it. The overal gain would be about 2 hp with the correct timing.
I highly doubt you can get 15hp from just pullies.
