3 pieces. the floor is split in 2 pieces, 1 for the back and the one in the front shows off the amp in the tire well. then there's the riser piece that's made for 2 10" subs. It's air space equals to a sq and it flushes to the back of the seat so it's angled. It's actually 2 seperate boxes for better sound. it also has space to hold a 1 fared capacitor and a fuse box. It's carpeted to match the carpet in the trunk.
