anyone know how I can obtain a pair? they're on the european model. If I do manage to get ahold of them, how difficult would they be to install? Thanks in advance

The website is German (the ".de" after "www.honda" in the http address is the German code) and so I guess if you found someway to get to a German parts catalog or find a junked Civic in Germany you could get your hands on them. They would be GDM lights - German Domestic Market. I think these lights would be really simple to install, because they are basically the lights we have now except the light configuration is different. In theory, if you could install Altezzas you could install these.

those look a little like the lights pimpdakota has. personally i like his better, they're darker and match the car better.

I've always liked having an amber turn signal in the rear. one thing I don't like about the civic's tail lights, is that they make a c shape from the distance. anyway, if anyone successfully orders a pair, let me know [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/IMG]

these lights might be used for the restyled 2003 civic. most of the time honda changes the front bumper and the tailights when they restyle cars.

I agree they look like a Horse Shoe or something. I dont want our light at night specially from a distance

Yep, somone did. I tried getting them from my Dutch local dealer and Honda Netherlands but no reply so far. Haven't really laid any real presure on them coz I'm way too busy. Not that many Altezza's here (come to think, not that many 7th gen coupes here), so perhaps I'm going Altezza carbon. In that case I'll have spare (used) euro spec taillights. Don't all jump on me at once. I haven't decided yet.

Here's a pic that show's the part that I think's different from yours. Not that big a difference so I don't see what the fuss is about. They look kinda simple and stock to me [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/IMG]


As for the sidemarkers, I'm not rippin those out [IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG]

altezzas are not bad they are juss played out too much so that's why no one wants them anymore
