New! More affordable & large injector options
By popular demand, we now offer different CC injector ratings with our Stage I turbo kit. The RSX remains, however we now offer other CC injector sizes for those wanting/needing more fuel. The new injectors are not as plug and play as the RSX. You need to solder them in to work. The following are now available:
375CC
420CC
460CC
550CC
These do not include the pig tails required for wiring. I am working on trying to find those.

well I installed the injectors and the RC's and the result is................. They hit the TPS pretty hard. but I can see why. in the photo the portion of the injector in the red lines should fit inside the Ports but it does not fit in. its a bit too big. so Im going to mic. the size of that section on the RSX injector and have that section of the RC injector cc'd down to that exact size then it should fit in properly and give alot more space for the TPS.
yeah it would take a good amount. I just saw a pic in an issue of turbo with RC550's in a K20a3 and they sit the same way. the sit on that second step so it should be alright. just need a way to get the tps to fit in there

i figured out a solution ... prolly fairly costly thou. Have a spacer machined to fit between the intake manifold and the injector plate. Could prolly make it .500" thick or so and be more then enough
lol thats what im doin. except I don't wanna raise the TB too high up so Im going to move it back some. I'll let you guys know how it goes. I have a freind that works at a machine shop that can make the plate very quick and once we make the first i can check to see if he would be willing to make some more if he has time. Im just goint to give him the high and distance I need it moved and give him a spare IM and TB to use for a template.
