Hey squeeze, I've had a couple of different axlebacks on my car, both actually contacted the stock bumper but I was able to extend the rubber hangers (I posted up about it a couple winters ago) and it cleared. I have a Type B rear lip, which hangs pretty low so I had to cut it, but I'm pretty sure the OEM lip will clear it. If not, just take the sucker to an exhaust place to adjust the hangers and less than 50 bones will get you sorted.
