I know what you re gonna say

I know this a been gone over and over, but no one thread seems to be conclusive. It is about the speed limiter on our cars. People say that the fuel is cut at 125mph, but then some say with boost or nitrous they have hit 140mph. I know our cars have rev limiter, so getting past, 125mph may not even be possible with our stock engine. Does anybody actually have proof that we have an actual speed limiter with fuel cut off, because i tried searching the net and could not find anything car specific.
Please do not reply with a post stating you went 130 something in the stock car, and this and that.
