ok so here is my question. just so I don't get ripped a new one..
I want to know if there are other things I have to purchase aside from a set of springs and shocks or does everything i need come with them? or does it depend on the manufacturer.... or is my shop just ripping me when they say we needed more labor charges cuz of modifications to the set-up like changing my shock plates or etc.?
I dunno I'm just getting started with my suspension I've read almost all the posts on the topics of shocks, springs and c/o's and kits i. guess I just need more info

depends on what shocks you are getting. if you are getting KONI's, then they do require modifing your stock struts, but they are definitely one of the best shocks out there.
if you get other ones, it should be pretty much direct replacement. also u might want to invest a set of camber kit to save your tires.
