Amp Installation on stock stereo

Hey whats up guys. sorry if this is in the wrong section or a highly repeated question. I was wondering if i could install an amp with the stock honda stereo in my civic...ive already got an aftermarket cd changer in it, but im not sure if i can hook up an amp...thanks for any input/suggestions.
