i would let them do it if they are willing. assuming they are willing to give you warranty on it and don't charge you an arm and leg for "professional" installation.

Some dealers will, some won't.

My local Acura dealer installs aftermarket parts. They did my eibach springs and were going to install my SPC camber kit if i wanted them too.

Acura over here supports eibach/comptech/mugen?/ingalls and some other known companies at the parts area. even had a set of aftermarket R1 brand rims in there storefront as well.

Suspension
Suspension is pre-set by the factory and tuned to Honda Factory Performance specifications. The ride height is lowered approximately 1", which lowers the center of gravity and improves handling while maintaining a comfortable ride.
then,
Wheel Offset and Hub Machined
Wheel Offset and Hub Machined to properly coordinate with Honda's Vehicle Suspension Design-for a smooth ride-and to help ensure long service-life of vehicle, wheel bearings, suspension joints and wheels.
ok, what does honda means by changing the wheel offset here? is it still 4x100 then?

this is taken straight from honda.com's HFP page...

4x100 isn't the offset it is the lug pattern
offset is how far or near the center of the wheel sits in relation to the hub.
