Fuel system enhanced (back to fabricating)
Well, like always I'm up to experimenting and fabricating new items.
Here you'll see the first instalment of what will be the fuel supply that will work in conjunction with the return system of Street Level
This reservoir will hold about a liter of fuel always availble and will be mounted where the battery was in my car.
T- Rex Inline pump will push the fuel to the new fuel rail shown below that fits the RSX injectors then to the pressure regulator, back to the reservoir that also will have a return to the main tank.
Here are the pictures of the items, enjoy

Will show it when done, and will take to the dyno and see how it works.

Not on the return.
But for the return system.
This reservoir is installed right after the feed line coming from the tank then
to a line pump
to the rail
to the pressure regulator
to return back towards the reservoir
and if reservoir overfills
back to the main tank.
The idea is to always have enough fuel volume while boosting for long period of times.

HOW?
Is a bit confusing to explain as well, but just read post #3
Then look at the holes, on the reservoir then go to sleep on it.
Why?
Need more acurate, volume and flow of gas for future upgades.
and because I can
the car is running fine and will be tuned soon.
The tuner from Titan Motorsports thinks is a great idea for semi stock fuel systems and can't whait to thinker with it.

It also took me some time to digest.
We kept runing out of gas presure while boosting 14psi with 340cc injectors on the dyno although we are using a walbro pump and a big the fuel line.
So will see how this will work.

My stuff is purely experimental and I wouldn't be able to support the product.
Don't want any type of Stafford fabrications situations.
Localy I can hook up friends, but most ppl I know here aren't carzy like me to do engine mods.
If you are whiling to come to Kissimmee Central Fl
I can guide you in the right direction

Looks good. I like that fuel rail. What have you done with the in-tank assembly? Will there be a gravity/siphoning effect to get fuel to the reservoir or do you have another pump in-tank?

Interesting. I'd like to see how well it helps the fuel starvation issue.
EdiT: You still have feed issues with a walbro 255?? Hmmm

Is the actual pump assembly that's restrictive on the outlet.
When boosting longer than 10 sec I see a slight drop on pressure.
The line goes dry.
I think because the p&p head bigger pistons and bigger TB the car is getting more air therfore needs more fuel while boosting.
I have the RSX 340cc injectors and I want to use 440 cc. and boost 14/16 lbs
So I'll need more fuel
this may help. The car is running now with the new fuel system in place but is still on the body shop getting a face lift.
I'll post the results after tuning and pictures of the system installed soon.

[QUOTE=1siksivik][QUOTE=Supermex]but most ppl I know here aren't carzy like me to do engine mods.
you just wait my friend.
after my trunk and wheels are done ENGINE TIME.
i will be lookin for your expertise and helpin me through my project.

oh and i forgot to add your custom stuff looks sweeeeeeeeeeet.
Let me know when you ready.
I may suggest do the engine mods before fiber glass trunk.
The trunk will be to heavy to see the full potential of your engine.
