I Need All The Power I Can Get

OK since i didnt get a response in my other post....
i have about 20k and have had 3 oil changes so far most recently last week, (thought it would fix the problem but nope) she feels a bit sluggish at times, as well as when i let off of the accelerator, the decrease in speed doesnt feel as gradual as it once did, it seems to buck a lil bit more if you know what i mean, is this likely the injectors or something else in the fuel system? maybe they need cleaning, or is it too early????, i was also thinking of maybe the air filter being too dirty, any ideas

Check your spark plugs to see if they need replacing. Then go pick up a bottle of Fuel Injection Cleaner and run it through your tank.

at 20K miles, you should not need a valve job. Well unless you are burning oil from worn out valve guides. First things to check are the obvious things. Air filter, spark plugs, fuel filter for clogging.
