Lets see what you people think. I'm painting my dash and did some cool stuff to it. We had to peel off the vinyl padding and put fiberglass resin over it to make a harder surface. Then we're molding the AC vents into the dash as seen in the second pic. In addition since the top portion of the door follows the contour of the dash. I'm painting that as well (I can't believe I'm rolling around with half a door panel right now). So anyways, I have a few options and I wanna see what you guys think. Here are the dash pieces.





My first thought was painting it all black but that seemed boring.
So I thought that painting it House of Kolor Sunset Pearl. Here is what it looks like








I've just always liked that color. But a friend of mine is able to paint real flames and is willing to do it for free if I use my car for a bit to help him promote his company. Real flames look like this






So what do you guys think? I'm open to everything...

Arent those flames going to be lost in that color? I think if you did black dash with those flames that would look cool. just like it is on that car.

I think those flames look 100x's better than any other flamers, I mean flames Ive seen. Not bad at all. I dont like flames on cars, but those are actually sick looking.

I dont know if you were questioning if its needed? But you do have to take the whole dash out to get ther piece out. That piece was a pain to upholster.
