Arrow Wheel size and drop max

Ok, I am referencing to a 2002 2dr. It seems as though the back has a higher stance than the front. My question is simple. How low can you drop the vehicle while still fitting an 18 or 19 inch rim. I saw posts about having 19" wheels and still dropping it 3.5 inches.

Anyways, how low can you drop the car and still put 19" wheels without rubbing. Will you need a camber kit? Will you be able to drop at all?

I was thinking about doing 19" verdict wheels with an eibach pro kit drop. Will this work? Will there be any issues (i.e. rubbing, scraping, ride quality, etc.)?

I appreciate all your responses as I know there are people on here who can answer this question from experience and/or knowledge.

Thanks again!
Demo ( I have pics of my car on here incase you don't believe the rear/front offset)

No you do not need a camber kit, but if you don't like buying tires all the time, then it is a good idea.

I do want a 18 or 19 inch wheel, but enough drop to clear any gap in the wheel well, but avoid any issues with rubbing or scraping (especially if turning). So, can this be done? If so, what drop size am I looking at for an 18 and for a 19 inch wheel. Low profile tires of course. I mean, I could always get the 19 inch wheels and get adjustable coilovers, but way too expensive. I would rather know what drop to do and just get a spring kit. I would appreciate some more help and possibly pictures of someone with a spring kit (not coilover) and some 18 or 19 inch wheels.
Thanks!

I know you guys just don't care to post about a topic that has been talked about alot, but it would really help me out, and save a lot of time and money. I would hate to not know which fits best, and get a pair of 19x8 and have them not fit or be oversized, or worse, get the drop kit and have nothing work out. Please, I am begging, please help me out by simply reply with a few sentences. Thanks!
