Not even close, But then it really depends on what you are looking for out of your suspension.

There are several things about Tein that make them a poorer performance damper then Konis. First one being that you adjust both bump and rebound with the teins, where Konis only adjust Rebound. now the problem with teins isnt that you adjust bump and rebound, the problem is that you adjust them at the same time with the same ****... meaning, for tuning handling, you end up having to comprimise between the desired corner entry/exit balance of the car with Rebound, and the bump aborbing propertys of the bump side.... not all that great for handling. Then there the part about Konis haveing a much wider range of adjustment... ect ect ect...

any way, if you were to tie those Konis in with the proper spring, such as ground controls (maybe do a little custom spring rate) then you'd have a setup that could easily out perform just about any Pre-built coilover could offer. It may take a little thinking and tuning on your part, but in the long run you'd have a better performing car.

id say some koni's with ground control or skunk2's rather than a full setup. since u can use leftover $$$ to buy strut bars and tie bars. IMO
