Your mods = ? gains?
Being new to D17 tuning I was wondering what mods you have done to your engine and what gains you have seen in return? Hopefully I can steal some of your good tuning ideas and learn from your bad ones!!

intake/headers/exhaust=maybe 5 hp....mostly for sound reasons
even though i met a 7thgen owner, last friday, w/ an ex and said he is at 150 hp...i got a good laugh out of it

Just to add from my research.
with i/h/e and with Crower cam stage 2 you are looking at about 25 whp, and costing you with labor about $2000. with another $1k or so you will be in the Turbo category looking at about 50 whp.
The other 25 whp will cost 50% less!

I tried to start a post that asked for all the HP gains about 2yrs ago
didnt work then....probably wont work now. not too many ppl willing to buy one part, install, dyno, uninstall, buy another part, dyno, uninstall, etc...

Rep Power: 813 I never got a baseline dyno, but on a 2k2 ex automatic, the stock power is very close to 90whp.
First dyno is with port/polish head and header, which was tuned with vafcII (gained 2whp).
Second was after installing K&N typhoon intake, aem pulley.
You can look at my profile for every mod, but the smaller stuff doesn't really add much maybe 1whp so I didn't include em.
