Fuel setup question
OK, I've read many posts about fuel injection setup for our cars but I would just know if you think that the setup I'm planning to use could work safely.
My car: 2001 Civic EX (D17A2) manual
Turbo setup: intercooled T3/O4
38mm External Wastegate w 6psi spring
Sequential Blow Off Valve
Nothing is in the car yet, I'm still have to buy some stuff like the e-manage, oil lines to the turbo, charge pipes, etc.
Now, for fuel I'm planning to use:
-RSX Type S injectors
-Walbro fuel pump
-Greddy e-Manage
Is this enough to have my car well tuned to SAFELY run 6-8psi daily?
NO "just search" replies, I've tried and I've not found the exact information requested.
If you think it could not work, please make me a complete suggestion.
I appreciate your comments!!
Thank you!!

Just use Rsx injectors and emanage thats good enough for that psi when you want more get the return fuel system up to 10 probably and then when you get internals you can run even more boost thats when you might need rc 440 or something.
But even if I want to use more boost (12 psi for example), will the RSX-S injectors still work for that amount of boost if I install the return fuel setup?? Or will I HAVE to use bigger injectors??

Why not using the RC-440 without the return setup???
What about the RC-440, e-Manage and Walbro fuel pump without using the return setup??
Sorry about the noob questions, I'm just trying to understand everything needed for my setup.

But I still have the question if the RC injectors could work well without the return setup if using the Walbro and e-manage??
Or if the Walbro pump would work with the RSX-S injectors without the return setup and without having fuel problems at 8psi? (tuned with the e-manage)
at 8 psi you don't even need the walbro the rsx s are good. 12 pounds your going to need rc injectors and probably a return fuel system would be good no necessary but very useful.

I thought only a stand alone ECU could handle boost without a return fuel system?

Nop, as far as I know, the E-Manage would handle boost setups without the return system.

This was on an 01 civic with only about 20,000 miles on it at that time. This was the point where i decided that i wouldnt want to risk possible lean conditions with the stock fuel pump. All the steps i did on my turbo was in phases. This enabled me to judge each mod and make sure it was working and accomplishing what i wanted it to do. With the full return system and walbro pump i can now blurp the throttle and get just a flicker from the pressure guage where as before it was dropping a good 5-8psi . What it comes down to its not a matter of what you NEED to boost but what risk you want to take by not doing a complete system. Like i cant imagine not having a wideband guage and boosting. Its not a matter of if something will go wrong its a matter of WHEN something will go wrong and by doing the complete system your lessening the chances of WHEN

Were you using RSX-S Injectors by that moment?? or just the Walbro on stock injectors?
And what are you using now?

I'm running a t25 with the tsi kit, 11 psi of boost, 255lph walbro but no return fuel system yet, and rsx type-s injectors, greddy emanage....
11.5-12.0 a/f ratio, no detonation.
been running on this setup for 3 months now, daily driver, no problems.
and trust me, i don't baby this thing, so it's had it's fair share of full boost.
