2 HOTT cell phones (SE47 Slider and LG VX6000 Camera)

Two cell phones up for grab on ebay. The slider was mine, and the LG was my wife's. We both upgraded, so we don't need them anymore. Good stuff...happy bidding!!

Kyocera SE-47 Slider Phone

LG VX6000 Camera Phone

Both are on Verizon networks.

Cingular is GSM, Verizon is CDMA---> I know that ATT has/had CDMA phones, but i'm not sure if that would work...

usually phones are locked to a certain service. especially if you bought your phone at a T-Mobile/Cingular/ATT/Verizon etc dealer, then typically it will be locked to that particular service.
If its a verizon phone but you have Cingular...once you insert your Cingular SIM Card (assuming its GSM) into the Verizon phone, it'll prompt you for an unlock code. This code can be found either by calling your services customer service OR searching online for unlocking code websites (usually fees if you do it online). otherwise disregard if the phone is already unlocked.

you're right for the most part, but non-GSM phones (like verizon) do not accept sim cards
