is Rs*R mag exhaust a cat bak system?

Sorry if this a repost if it plz link me to the thread if not heres my question. Ive been looking thro diff sites that sell this exhaust only shows just the exhaust. Is it a cat bak system or is it just the muffler?

edit:could u use the rsx-s or just the rsx exhaust and fit perfectly to an 05 ex coupe. prob b cheaper too
