Usually people drive to shops trying to sell it. They spend all day hitting up busy body shops, stereo places, etc. Find these people. You can buy resin in 5 gallon buckets and thick mat. DO NOT shop retail. You'll go broke. lol

when i did my fiberglass i bought the resin by the gallon and bought the fiberglass mat in 9'x9' sheets.. i used about 7 packages of fiberglass mat and about 3-4 gallons of resin.. bought it at home depot..

gets expensive though.. 31 bucks for the gallon of resin and 5-6 bucks for the 9'x9' package of fiberglass mat.. it adds up..

also, i'd recommend buying a **** ton of disposable gloves and enough acetone to keep you happy..
