Halo Ring Color?
Halo Ring Color?
Hello all, I am not an owner of a Honda Civic, I've got me a Nissan 200 SX. I check this site often because it is a great informational resource. So uh, are colored Halo Rings legal? I'm thinking Blue or Green because that looks tight. I'm not talking about the actual light for the road, I mean just the 2 little LED's in the small Halo ring. I dont' see why those couldnt' be legal, its not like it can blind anyone, or impersonate a cop, and tehy're really small, only one ring on each side. Thanks a bunch. PS. I did a search for "halo" and "halos" and nothing came up on it.

in most cases, i dont think halos are illegal. doesnt some BMWs use halos but there not so bright? i swear ive seen them. im guessing they use glow-in-the-dark material since it isnt so bright?

Dunno... I got blues and have yet to be pulled over. Like mentioned unless you are driving with just the halo's on you can't really see them when your headlights are on. I've got mine connected to my corner lights so my lights have to be on for my halos to be on.
Also aren't there certain BMW's that have "demon eyes" a red halo instead of blue or white? Or are those a custom mod?

You can put whatever color light you want on your car but use it for show only. The moment you go driving around with blue or green or any other colors in your lights you'll probably get stopped. I know I would stop you.
