Hi guys,
Just wanna ask what torque wrench do you use, brand, price? Is it worth to buy the expensive one or just buy a cheap $25 one (not with the neddle gauge)
thanx.

$20 sears for a needle one. They're easier and more accurate cause you see where the needle goes.

02SILVEREX has a little shameless behaviour in the past
. I wouldn't spend the $$$ on a gagueless, unless it was from someone like Snapon, or moew likely Mac.

yeah, unless you are going to use daily, don't spend big $$$ on it. I personally use a Snapon that where put the torque you want in and it breaks when you hit the torque you specified, very nice, but work paid for it, I sure wouldn't spend the $150+ for that

Thanks for the reply. I think a $20 walmart torque wrench should be enough then, it breaks when I hit the specified torque.

Cheaper, yes. Easier, I guess so. More acurate, no. Not trying to start something, you are the man. But that's why aircraft mechanics don't use the needle type, the are far less acurate.
