I'll skip the story because it just makes me angry thinking about it. Basically I got 2 tickets, one for making an illegal u-turn, and one for my window tint.

On my copy of the tickets, the place where they make you sign that you will "show up in court or prepay" is blank. I do remember that I did sign his version of the tickets, but on mine there is no visible sign of me ever signing it. Valid argument? I don't even know what I would say if I went to court with that, especially since he probably will bring in his copy that I actually signed. Basically I'm just looking for a way out, cuz these tickets are making me go broke.

sorry man, there is no way out of that. The original copy of the ticket goes to the court when the cop turns in his paper work. And if your signature is on that one, there is no way out of it. Just means you didnt wirte hard enough.

if you do go there and pled not guilty chances are you will win because most of the time the officer that gave the ticket dosne't show up, so its an easy win. well tahts how it is in missouri.
