Self tighten crank pulley bolt?

I tried to get the crank pulley bolt back on as best i could with out the special crank holder tool. I know on alot of diff cars like subby that the crank pulley bolt self tightens once sunged. Anyone know if its like this on civics as well?

I am not sure if that is true, but the manaul calls for something over 200 ft. lbs when putting it back on. did you use a torque wrench to put it back on?

4drcivic2k1 is an unknown quantity at this point
How would it "self" tighten?

Impact wrench works great for this bolt.
