Almost wrecked the car this morning!

So im on my way into work, going a little faster than I should have been [roughly 75] down 56th street just south of Chandler Blvd. Turning into work is a left turn so when its time to make the turn, im still hauling ****. Instead of slowing to a reasonable speed I thought it would be a great idea to see if I could make a 90 degree turn at 55 or so. Yeah...that'll work. I ended up pulling some sort of drift manuever into the planter that divides the driveway to the building, almost hitting a palm tree in the process. The pics below are what happened to the car - I only tore the rear drivers tire - and the others are of the planter and the skid marks. Now - $326 later ive got some Falken 451's up front. Oh yeah...good times. Its kinda hard to see the tire mark through the planter...but its there...dead center.

at least u admit that you were going faster than you should have been. some fools on here would have said something like, "yiah man, i was racing this riced out (insert faster car here) and i pulled on him by (how many car lengths THEY lost by) and i missed my turn. So i pulled on the e-brake and i made this rediculously stupid drift in which i over calucated and blah blah blah, u see where im going with this.

good thing u didn't hit that palm tree because your sig would have been "Its made with bits of real planter. Thats how you know its good."

lol, I had my spill down a mountain once which was the scariest **** ever and because of that incident my bumper is scratched up in the rear now. You live, you learn I guess. By the way anybody have a rear bumper in silver for a coupe, its messing up the look of my clean car.

Yeah, youre riding the ground as it is. You probably wouldnt have made it over the median...then again..your car handles better...you wouldnt have been in that situation in the first place. lol.
