Oil pan gasket, 95
Yep, 10 years old and not running strong.
Question is, I want to change the oil pan gasket because it's leaking oil. Do I really need to remove the exhaust pipe as shown on the autozone's online DIY manual? manual I believe once I remove the nuts, I can simply slide it over.
Also, do I really need liquid gasket like permatex on the corners. diagram
Thanks.

yes you need to remove the exhaust because it will be in the way. You could do it without removing it, but it would be really tough.
Also you need to use the liquid gasket in the cormers to prevent leaking.
