What is a rear lower strut brace? You mean a rear lower tie bar? No, the Neuspeed bar has an integrated tie bar. Get the comptech bar if you alread have a rear tie bar. It is 22mm and you can get one from ebay for like $100 shipped.

You can do one of a few things
1) buy
and sell your neuspeed tie bar because as you can see the neuspeed sway bar has an integrated tie bar
2) Buy an ITR or comptech 22mm sway bar and keep your neuspeed tie bar and have the same performance for half the price.
I can't see paying that type of money for a 22mm sway bar when you can get cheaper ones and use the tie bar you have.

where the sway bar bolts up to the tie bars is totally different from where the plain tie bar bolts up. I don't see why both could not be used together. But i do understand what you're saying.

I can't find a damn pic of the neuspeed installed but here is the progress bar. See how the integrated tie bar dips down to help brace the frame. You can't use both. If you really want the sway then sell the tie bar you have now.

you're right i thought the did cause i looked on ultrarev.com and it says 2001 - up (encluding si) But then you click on info and it says does not fit 2001 - up honda civic coupe - sedan, neuspeed sell's a bushing kit for my factory front sway bar.
Should i replace the factory front sway bar or just get the neuspeed bushing kit.

If you are putting on the 22mm rear sway then your puny 15.9mm front sway is going to cause some oversteer. If you want a balanced car then I would suggest swapping the front too. You can get an 01-02 25.4mm one or progress 27mm one.
