FINALLY Finished My OEM Style Foglight Install

Well after making a new harness due to the crappy/incorrect one shipped with my oem style fogs, I finally got them put in and all wired up today! Wasn't too bad once I got the wires where I wanted them.. And did anyone else notice that you don't have to use the grommet under the glove compartment if you follow the Honda Factory directions? There's a set of grommet type dealys on the inside quarter panel area that leads right inside with no cutting or anything, pretty sweet. So I made the new harness with 12ga. wire hooked up to a 4 pin relay and used the parking lights as the relay switch.. pretty basic stuff I guess. Then ran a new switch inside next to the cruise control (a non-OEM rocker swithc, but it does it's purpose).. I must say I'm pretty happy though. Just thought I'd share.

Thats pretty dope, clean job. I've been looking into fogs... but the technical work, wiring etc is way over my head.

Thanks! It's not too bad.. I'm a douchebag when it comes to wiring and did it pretty easily.. It's really pretty basic

Who did you buy your fogs off of. Some guy named kisssmmm or whatever sold me mine. I needed to adapt the wiring as well. I'm wondering if ht sold you yours?

I bought mine from "racing guys". A couple other people had problems with them too.

i bought my fogs from procarparts.com, the ebay seller, not the website. it was a DEPO brand fog light, but it works perfectly! and the lense has not yet cracked.

anywho, slowvr4, looks great! i applaud your work

That's a huge compilment from such a lighting god as yourself! Much appreciated! And in case anyone lives in Upstate, NY; it's going to rain soon as I spent an hour or so washing/waxing my car today.
