yeah rubbing wont be a problem at all..
i'm on 215-40-18 and had race and had no problems. but yes its recommended to get aftermarket shocks with them cause it'll bottom out

if you lower at all, you really need new shocks. Try koni yellows. Expensive, but very nice as I've heard. From what I've heard, Eibach Sportlines with Koni yellows is one of the best Auto-X setups out there (which means it handles EXTREMELY well). I have a set of Sportlines sitting in my garage, and I just ordered Koni's, so obviously that's what I'm going to tell you to go with.

play it safe and get eibach w/ stock struts or get aftermarket struts and the race springs.....ive ridden on both springs and was happy with both.
