My Turbo Install
TSI T25BB Turbo Kit
So me and a couple of friends have been workin on this turbo install... taking our time. Saturday we had an 8 hour day, about 3 hours was to the car and the rest was chill and eat. We got the whole fuel injector block put in and the fuel hoses lined up. One thing i learned, before taking out the fuel hose, take out the fuel pump fuse (inside fuse box) and start ur car, mine started for a quick second and died.. then we took out the hose and no squirting fuel.
Day2
All the electrical stuff finished. Wired up the whole FMU. It has a built in turbo timer, Electrical boost gauge. Only thing i dont like about it is its blue light.. everything in my car is red. got everything wired up and finished. Looks like we have 2 more days to finish this (Friday and Saturday) and well be set. and does anyone know a good shop to go to to drill out a bolt thats been broken inside? i needa get that fixed before in put the turbo on the car.
All i have left now is to put the actual turbo on the car, manifold, down pipe, intercooler, intercooler pipes, route the oil lines and coolant lines (ball bearing)
then ill be a happy boosted Vic
all the pics were takin from my phone
I didnt take my time to take pictures of the install.. i was too lazy to, so there not that great
