The picture has to exist somewhere on another website in order for it to appear automatically in your posts. It doesn't even have to actually appear on a website. It just has to be stored on a web server in any directory that can be freely accessed by people on the outside. So try to find someone who has a server, and ask them to give you a coupla megs of free space.
To link to the pic, just click on that little picture icon when posting a message, and enter the URL for that picture (right-click pic and check the properties for its URL). Don't try to link to file on your own hard drive by putting "C:\MyPictures\...", or something like that, cuz obviously other people do NOT have that same picture on their C:\ drive ... in other words, only you will be able to see that picture from your own computer. Links to pictures on Geocities and some other free sites will not work cuz they do not want to get overloaded with traffic, and so they don't allow it.
