tC is most definitely a nice car. But as far as quality I don't know. They are lookers, but I've heard bout some recalls or something for them already. Also I don't think they even get near the 36mpg my EX gets and with gas prices rocketing up, my vic looks hella better than an ol tc anyways, plus i like how my car looks now way better than a tc anyday..

Rep Power: 260 you know everyone keeps comparing vics and tc's but you really can't because the tc has not proven itself yet. Vics have been around for a long time and have proved time after time that they are well built, reliable and a great car for the money. Tc's are too new to have proven anything, yeah maybe they have more power and torque then a vic off the production line but let's wait and see how many of them are still driving around ten years from now with 200,000 miles on them and still running, because if you do any kind of driving yopu see such civics on the road everyday. I'm not hating on the tc but I think only time will tell if it's worth a dam..

Rep Power: 260 alright first of all a tc might be made by toyota but if you notice they didn't put their name on it. Look in the past when other parent companies have released cars under a different name you don't see too many of these cars on the road anymore. Scion is a subsidery company of toyota.

I don't understand you. So are you saying Toyota didn't make the Scion? Scion is a marque of Toyota. Go to scionlife.com or clubsciontc.com. Toyota quality is all in the car. First year of the car and no major problems except a rattling headunit cover.

i kinda understand what your saying, But Scion is TOYOTA, its a marketing Pitch to Get the 18-25yr olds into toyota car's, much like Acura & Honda, Acura was used to bring in a more high level (Class) Type. Also, Everything on the TC has been used prior, Everything from the platform( UK Based toyota car) To the Engine, (Camry) to even the brake System (Celica) Even The sound system has been used in prior IS300 model's (Speaker's)
So its not really a NEW design, its just a new model..
And there also not really cheap, 16,500 for a base Stock Model, With power everything, a very good sound system, sunroof, back moon roof, SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO many little Extra's, that im to lazy to list...
and that all for 16,500
its the other stuff thaat makes it not so cheap,
Add all the options, and your looking at 23-24k
i put a order in for the FM fully loaded, body kit, 18's,Alarm,6 disk, Subwoofer, Spoiler,Trd springs,ect........
and its came out to be around 23k...
i think its a great car, its very classy, and is kinda quick, it gets so/so with Gas, but its got alot of Trq, and a quck 1st n 2nd Gear, sooo
id rock it..
