help!!! clutch problem

brouth my car to the dealer to get that 2nd gear fix wich they did... but when i had the car back the shifter was harder and the clutch as well, but clutch is really hard and sometimes feel that the friction point is not the same any idea before i go back to the dealer ( the closes to me is 3hrs) help!!!!

friction point is the the same from time to time , its as if the clutch was diffrent each drive... im thingking they empty it and did not bleed well???

I bought my car used and when i shifted into first and second gear there was alot of friction, I brought it in for warranty and had it fixed. after they pulled my car out I hopped in and wasnt even able to shift into first gear without alot of force enough i thought i would break the shifter. It will work in and soon be very smooth.
