steering or suspension problem

I have installed tien s lowering springs on my car and have my car aligned 3 time already and my steering wheel has to be turned to the left to head striaght but when I striaghten my wheel it starts to head to the right. Here are the specs on the last alignment.

left and right camber -0.4
left and right castor 1.9
left and right toe 0.00 and 0.03

I was needing to know whats wrong and how to fix

Its a basic Toe setting , when they set the toe during the alignment either they didnt get the steering wheel centered proeprly, the machine is faulty, the tech sucked, or its possible i did you alignment lol all joking a side. Crooked steering wheels can be a challenge sometimes it dont mean the alignment is off per say but its more likely just a fluke. Id take it back to the shop that aligned it and ask them if the warranty covers crooked steering wheels, it should! the tech should be able to get a semi straight steering wheel when the car is aligned properly.
