Swap question

ok, i am going to be doing a huge overhaul on my civic real soon. I want to get a few opinions first about what you guys think, and any help i can get from you about what i want to do. here is a list of what i am looking at doing along with questions about it.

1) K20 swap (RSX base - SI)
a) where is the best place to get a full complete engine with anything else that needs to go with it?
b) are there any legal issues doing this?
c) I know its the same engine (RSX base - SI) but does it make any difference which one i get?
d) price?
2) tein ss coilovers
a) dont need any info here unless there are better coilovers that are less expensive
3) intake + full exhaust (obviously for the k20)

If anyone can help me out with some info on getting this done please let me know, I am looking to have everything complete by the begining of this summer.

uh...check the swap faq bro...

BUT anyways....A newer engine will run you around $4,500. Install should be around 800-1000. A shop should be able to hook u up with a full swap. K20A2 (rsx-s) is what i would reccomend. thats the most power for ur buck.
