Probably the stock HU.. very clean looking.. .. Never mind about looks for a HU.. go for "Quality" but something that would blend well would be a new Alpine HU... the color schemes seem to match the dash lights of our cars.

I put in the Kenwood MP3 player. You can change the buttons to be either red or green. It matches the stock amber gauges pretty well. I used the kit the gets rid of the stock pocket underneath. I bought both kits, and the one without the door looks better, and I use the pocket more than i did before. Ill post some pics when i get my roll of film developed. Yes, I still use an old school camera.
bahh, it can't be the same as getting a nice HU then Amping your componants, and putting some kickass subs in, through high voltage RCA's. If your really after good sound the factory HU isn't the way to go. But if you just want some extra punch, you could make do. But you've gotta do something about it because it cuts the bass down at high volume, and the amp is pretty dirty.
Hey,
Sorry about the above blank post. Hit return too early.
I stayed with the stock HU. Once bitten, twice shy about that stuff after someone broke into my old civic a couple of years ago. Replaced all the speakers with Polks, added a 10' sub in the back with line level inputs. Sounds very nice. Not terribly loud, but nice. It really depends on what your goal is and how much you want to spend. (And perhaps how much of a security system you want to have.)
